December was the biggest Retail Sales Month in history but 7 of 11 channels still had below avg lifts or drops vs 2024.
The 50/50 Pet spending dividing line is now an income of $124K, 19% above avg but 48% more than the median.
With a $5.6B they passed Pet Food and are the biggest $ segment for the 1st time in history!
Cumulative inflation is having a visible iimpact – slowed growth!
Petflation is again +3.5%, the highest rate in 2025.
